I will contact you shortly after you purchase a session, (or you will receive an automated email if you book it through the calendar) to create the appointment time.  Please allow up to 7 days for readings to be completed.  There are no refunds for purchased services, if you need to exchange a service for one of equal or lesser value please contact me within 48 hours of your purchase.

Session must be used within 1-month of purchase date.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the session you forfeit the session and cannot reschedule it.  If you come late to the session, the session will still end at the pre-determined time.  By participating in and reading our Spiritual Coaching Services at Harmonious Twin Flame Union with Aldyn Richmond, you acknowledge that we are not Licensed Psychologists or Health Care Professionals and our services do not replace the care of Psychologists or other Health Care Professionals.
